“In searching to find a vocal texture for this song, we went round in circles trying to find the right words.”
After several attempts to find words to suit the mood, LL scribbled various words on a sheet of paper that included “champagne” and “first class” and handed them to Mark and DJ.
“After a fit of laughter, Mark found a way in. Laughter ensued among all of us when we realized the first word of the album would be ‘champagne.’ This would have never happened two albums ago. The song is a first class ride back to H-Town, where it all began, and what made this whole journey possible.”この曲のヴォーカルの質感を探すために、僕らはふさわしい言葉を見つけようと堂々巡りしていたんだ。
雰囲気に合う言葉をみつけようと色々と試みた結果、ローラ・リー（ベーシスト）は「シャンパン」や「ファーストクラス」とかの色んな言葉を紙に走り書きして、マーク（ギタリスト）とDJ（ドラマー）に手渡した。
